These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Allhands web application located at joinallhands.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Allhands, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Allhands is a web-based application that helps parents and guardians track behavioral incidents, identify patterns, and coordinate care with their support teams. The Service includes incident logging, data visualization, household collaboration, and PDF export features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address and password, or use Google Sign-In
• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The Service is intended for parents and guardians who are 18 years or older. Children under 18 may not create accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape or harvest data using automated means
• Use the Service to store illegal or harmful content

5. User Content and Ownership

You grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

We will never use your User Content to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

6. Household Collaboration

When you invite household members:

• They will have access to all User Content in your household
• You are responsible for managing member access
• If you delete your account as household owner, all members lose access

7. Prohibited Uses

Allhands is designed for personal family use. You may NOT:

• Provide professional medical or therapeutic services using the Service
• Store Protected Health Information (PHI) subject to HIPAA
• Track incidents for children not in your legal care
• Resell or commercialize access to the Service

9. Account Termination

By you: You may delete your account anytime through Settings. All User Content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harmful behavior.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.

You are responsible for backing up important data using the export feature.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allhands from any claims arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.
